Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up messes quickly and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The best robot vacuums and mops I test had superior navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were tangled.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks through an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're searching for the most effective robot vacuum and mop combo that has cutting-edge features, take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. Another standout feature is the S8's ability to change its cleaning mode according to dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will clean its mopping pads more frequently when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas are given priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad.
The mop roller has many other smart features, including a dock that can be connected to the plumbing system in your home to wash and clean it without you needing to refill the mop. You can even make use of voice commands using the built-in voice assistant that can be activated by saying "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular controls using just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube

If you're looking for a hands-free robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities, the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile alternatives. It's one of many combinator robot vacuums that include mops that are also available at a lower cost than the competition.
Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to get started, including creating an account on the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. After that, however the robot is able to begin mopping and vacuuming with ease.
It's important to keep in mind that the mapping process could take a while, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets an accurate picture of your room. In addition, object detection can be hit or miss and it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to turn it over to get free. However, these aren't major issues, and the Yeedi Cube is still a ideal choice for those who want an all-in-one cleaning companion.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubs. This results in floors being cleaned and not just swept. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach areas that robot vacuums can't.
This model is nearly identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The app's smart features allow you to modify a range of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging base at the end of each job to clean their pads, empty the dust bins, and place debris in a self sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean and also prevents allergens from recirculating. The battery life is long enough to remove large areas without the need for a charge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop model that comes with impressive features at a reasonable price. It has a powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotary floor brush for carpets, and a great obstacle avoidance. It also has a unique mopping method, which utilizes a continuous roller filled with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It avoided steps and walked close to walls without falling. It was unable to handle fine particles and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating level of the sound is also quite high, so this model might not be as easy to set and forget as the other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a a docking system that allows it to replenish its clean water, empty the dust bin and wash and dry the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with the regular schedule. You can manage all of its functions using the Eufy app, which gives an overview of the system and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the best robot mowers and vacuums available, and offers impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with decent accuracy, and the app allows users to fine-tune coverage of the map, define no-go zones, and modify cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to stop hair from wrapping around it. This is a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads spinning at 180 RPM while applying upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system also incorporates smart carpet detection, lifting these pads upward when they're near soft surfaces to avoid contaminating them with.
The docking station acts as an automated maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station comes with an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust, which allows seven weeks of maintenance free operation.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars cheaper than the S8 This robot is a slick job at keeping my home office clean and can also tackle the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make a map of your area and knows where not to go. In addition, unlike other vacuums that can mop, it has object/obstacle detection that avoids items such as dog toys and bowls (but not poop).
It also has some outstanding standout features, including a self-emptying dust bin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach places that other mops can't reach. You can also set cleaning schedules in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It can also avoid cleaning rooms that aren't dirty if you're looking to save time. If you have a wide range of flooring options in your home and don't want to spend extra money on a Roborock that comes with advanced mapping capabilities, this is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
This robot is a great choice when you're looking for a robot that can do both regular maintenance on a daily basis and touch-ups for messy water stains. It comes with a variety of features, including a self emptying dustbin and a separate dock to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. robot vacuum cleaner 's surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. However, it can't remove the tangled tassels of rugs and it's battery drains quicker than other models in our tests.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that provides a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming however, it did quite well. It also comes with a variety of cleaning modes to suit your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' option for debris that is light to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for carpeted rooms. It can even automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads, and not leave your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in smaller areas. It's very quiet and fast, and it does a good job of getting around tight spots. It's also extremely effective at removing pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than most of its competition however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has decent suction power and can be configured to take pictures of every object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as 'not located' so that they will not be removed in future cleanings. The photos are encrypted and aren't tied to your account.
It does a fantastic job of vaccuming but isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot, and it essentially drags them around your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
